The site is for information about Farwes Homes Ltd. — custom homes, renovations, process, projects, and available homes. Photographs, town names, and project descriptions are examples of work. They are not an offer to build the same house on your lot at a stated price.
We may change, pause, or take down pages at any time. We try to keep the site accurate. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free of error.
Consultations are not a build contract
Sending the form, booking a call, or walking a lot is a conversation. It is not a contract to design or build. A custom home, renovation, or addition only becomes a Farwes job when both sides sign a written agreement that sets scope, price, and schedule.
Anything we say before that — including ideas, ranges, or what a township might allow — is guidance, not a quote you can rely on as a bid.
Your request
You confirm that the name, location, and email you send are yours to give, and that the request is genuine. Do not use the form to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. We may decline work that is too far, too speculative, or not a Farwes fit, without giving a reason.
Photographs and copy
Photographs of Farwes-built homes, the Farwes name and mark, and the wording on this site belong to Farwes Homes Ltd. or are used with permission. You may not copy them for another builder, listing, or ad without our written consent. Stock photography used as background is licensed to us for this site.
Links
The site may link to Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, or other third-party pages. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
Liability
To the extent Ontario law allows, Farwes Homes Ltd. is not liable for loss that comes only from using or being unable to use this website, including relying on information on a page before a signed contract. Nothing here limits liability that Ontario law does not let us limit, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Ontario law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect our name or photographs.
