Farwes is a family custom home builder at 1011 Otto Drive in Cobourg. Since 1985 the same shop that draws the house builds it — custom homes, renovations, additions, and millwork on one file, through township permits and handover across Northumberland, Durham Region, and the Kawartha Lakes.

How we work
Custom homes and renovations across Northumberland and Durham.
Farwes Homes Ltd. designs and builds new houses on land you already own, and renovates the houses people already live in. Bathrooms, basements, decks, millwork, additions, and whole-home work stay with the same local team. We work in Cobourg, Port Hope, Grafton, Brighton, Bowmanville, Oshawa, Durham Region, and the Kawartha Lakes.
