I could buy in a new-home community instead. Why talk to you?
Those streets sell a floor plan on their lot. If you already own the land, you do not need that. Farwes designs the house for your lot. See custom homes we have already built, then decide.
What if my lot is in Peterborough, Cobourg, Durham, or further?
Peterborough is a different city. If the lot is too far, we will say so. The shop stays in Cobourg. Other land: Cobourg, Port Hope, Grafton, Brighton, Northumberland, Bowmanville, Clarington, Durham Region, or Oshawa.
